Refund & Returns Policy
At Etna Sportswear, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our refund and returns policy makes shopping with us easy and fair.
Change of Mind Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Returned items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

In their original packaging with all tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
⚠️ Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, underwear, or clearance items unless they are faulty.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, model, or colour, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

The shipping cost to return the item to Etna Sportswear

The shipping cost of the replacement item being sent back

Shoes must be returned in brand-new, unworn condition.

Items must be placed in the original shoe box provided, which must be undamaged.

To protect the shoe box during transit, please pack it inside a satchel or an extra shipping box. Returns received with damaged or taped shoe boxes may not be accepted.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at etnasportswear@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may request photos of the item to speed up the process.

In these cases, Etna Sportswear will cover return shipping and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our policy does not replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If the product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
